Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when joining our waitlist — your email address and, optionally, your sport (baseball or softball). We use this information solely to notify you about DugoutIQ's launch and early access program.

If you choose to sign in using a third-party provider — currently Google, Microsoft, or Apple — we receive basic account information from that provider, such as your name and email address, to create or authenticate your account. We do not receive your password for those services. Your use of those sign-in options is also governed by the respective provider's privacy policy.

Analytics

This site uses PostHog to understand how visitors interact with our content. PostHog collects information such as pages visited, time on site, and general interaction patterns. This data is aggregated — we cannot identify individual visitors from it.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. We use Supabase to store waitlist data and AWS to send confirmation emails. Both are governed by their respective privacy policies.

Email Communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive product updates and launch announcements from DugoutIQ. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@dugoutiq.app.

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to operate the waitlist and notify you about the product launch.
